Newmoon’s chicken liver pate with apricot and cinnamon chutney and toast
Prawn, apple and grape salad with marie rose sauce
Poached pear and goat’s cheese salad with toasted walnuts,
and apple vinaigrette
Fresh steamed mussels with shallot, white wine, parsley and cream

Baked aubergine filled with casserole of tomatoes, onions & peppers with cinnamon, garlic & herbs topped with cheese, new potatoes and salad leaves
Tempura red mullet goujons, french fries, homemade tartare sauce & salad garnish
