A lovely 3 course lunch served between 12 noon and 2.30 pm (booking essentail)

Starters
Lightly spiced parsnip and apple soup with homemade bread

Mushrooms in brandy and smoked paprika cream
on herb bruschetta

Warm pear and walnut salad with blue cheese
and honey dressing

Newmoon’s chicken liver pate
with cinnamon and apricot chutney and toast

Prawn, apple and grape salad with marie rose sauce

Mains
Confit duck leg with creamed potato and orange sauce

Butternut squash and red pepper roulade filled with
spinach & cream cheese on tomato coulis, new potatoes

Roasted salmon fillet with a leek, garlic and cream sauce,
new potatoes and fresh vegetables

Roast leg of lamb with dauphinoise potatoes and roast gravy

Pork loin stuffed with forcemeat wrapped in Parma ham, apple,
bacon and savoy cabbage, new potatoes and a cider jus
